Complaints Handling at Jump Into People

At Jump Into People, we strive to provide the best service to all our clients and employees. Despite our efforts, it may happen that you are not entirely satisfied with our services. We would like to hear about this so that we can find a suitable solution and improve our service.

How can you submit a complaint?

Discuss the complaint with your contact person; First, discuss the complaint with your regular contact person at Jump Into People. In most cases, the complaint can be resolved quickly and directly. You can contact us by phone or email. If you cannot resolve the issue with your contact person, you can submit your complaint by filling in the complaint form or by sending an email to  info@jumpintopeople.nl. Please include the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • A clear description of your complaint
  • Date and relevant details of the situation
