 Privacy Policy.

General.

Jump Into People processes and manages personal data of future, current, and former employees, (customers of) clients, suppliers, and contacts in various (information) systems. These processes are carried out for different purposes: for example, based on legal and/or contractual obligations, for the purpose of a (future) employer/employee relationship, due to a business interest, or at the request of the data subject. Jump Into People processes personal data in accordance with applicable (inter)national laws and regulations, contracts with clients, suppliers, and contacts, and the (privacy) policy of Jump Into People.

Handling and access to personal data.

Jump Into People prioritizes the security of personal data. Jump Into People treats personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. Personal data is only stored if there is a legitimate purpose for processing that data, which is explicitly defined. Jump Into People aims to be as transparent as possible about the processing of personal data. Furthermore, Jump Into People applies a proportionality and subsidiarity test for each processing: this means that the impact on the interests of the data subject must not be disproportionate in relation to the purpose, and the purpose cannot be achieved in another way that is less disadvantageous for the data subject. Stored personal data is only accessible to Jump Into People employees insofar as it is necessary for their position.

Jump Into People secures its systems - reasonably - against loss and/or any form of unlawful use or processing. Jump Into People uses appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the state of the art. However, Jump Into People is not liable for unlawfully obtained access to computers or files, viruses distributed, or other illegal programs or files, or any other consequence of making data available to Jump Into People. Jump Into People does not share personal data with third parties without the prior explicit consent of the individuals involved (and, if applicable, our client or contact), unless there are legal obligations, such as in the context of investigations by judicial organizations and/or regulators.

The employees of Jump Into People respect the (international) privacy laws as well as the privacy policy of Jump Into People, as included in the Privacy Regulations of Jump Into People. The Privacy Officer (Data Protection Officer, DPO), as established in accordance with and reported to the Data Protection Authority, raises as much awareness as possible and monitors compliance with the aforementioned laws and policies.

All email messages from Jump Into People employees are automatically provided with a disclaimer that makes the recipient aware of the risks associated with sharing or not (promptly) deleting the information in the email message as a result of privacy laws.
