Reliable temporary employment: how to recognize quality and assurance
In our dynamic world of the temporary employment sector, where quality, reliability and compliance are essential, certifications such as NEN 4400-1, the SNA quality mark, and NBBU membership play a crucial role. You can think of these certifications as quality marks that demonstrate that a staffing agency meets high standards and can be trusted. But why are they so important, and what do they entail?
NEN 4400-1:
This is a Dutch standard specifically designed for, among others, staffing agencies, and sets requirements for how we handle matters such as payroll taxes and VAT, G accounts, financial administration, employer declarations, and laws and regulations. To be certified under NEN 4400-1, we must undergo an audit carried out by an independent certification body. By complying with NEN 4400-1, we demonstrate that we have our affairs in order.
SNA quality mark:
The SNA quality mark is a supplement to the NEN 4400-1 certification and is awarded to companies that meet the NEN 4400-1 standard and the additional requirements of the SNA. The SNA quality mark is therefore a kind of “bonus” on top of the NEN 4400-1 certification.
NBBU membership:
This shows that we commit to the collective labour agreement (CAO) for temporary employment and the ethical code of the sector. The NBBU sets high standards for its members, so you can rest assured that as an NBBU member, we are committed to good working conditions and a careful match between employer and employee.
In short: NEN 4400-1, the SNA quality mark, and NBBU membership are important quality labels for temporary employment agencies. They stand for quality, reliability, and assurance. Jump Into People is proud of these certifications. Curious what quality, reliability and assurance can mean for your organization? Let us know, and we’ll get in touch soon!
